Fun at the Zoo

This is from the kit "Mr. Kite" by Lyndsey Riches. I got it as part of the "So You Think You Can Design" contest back whenever that was. I think it's the first kit that I've used from that contest that wasn't by Jady Day Studio. I thought the colors were great and the theme was fun. To celebrate the occasion the kids and I jammed out to the Beatles this morning. I am not really a fan of this song. It's a little too weird and hard to follow. But the kit is cool, and that's all that really matters. Bryant almost fell asleep on my lap while we were listening to the Beatles on YouTube. Finally I had the kids get off the couch and we all started dancing (we had the lovely "Twist and Shout" to help us out). At some point in time I'm going to do more pages from the zoo, since there is a lot more on there that I haven't done, like the 4-wheelers and Abigail being a Junior Zookeeper.

It is kind of funny. It looks like she was at an amusement park instead of the zoo. Where's all the animals? Oh wait! We were the animals. LOL We had a great day. Too bad Bryant was feeling so bad and he and Carl couldn't come. Hopefully next time. Heather definitely did spoil her. I am glad she loves her niece and nephews so much. We have a great family.

For the benefit of Mr. Kite we're gonna shake it up baby. OK, that was just a little bit off the wall.
