Dipped in Love

When I saw the name of this new kit by Jady Day Studio, I immediately thought of this picture, from our wedding. Carl had always wanted to do this, but I had no idea, so I was quite surprised when it happened. It's one of my favorite memories from the whole day, besides jumping off a giant bolder while taking pictures, and going to Jamba Juice before the reception/open house. It was a great day and couldn't have gone much better. I only wish someone had gotten a clearer picture of the dip. We had two sets of the whole dip, this blurry one, and the other where the angle was kinda bad, so you couldn't see our heads at all. Kinda weird. So I went with the blurry one, which I couldn't fix in Photoshop.

Abigail

I have done another page with this same picture, using the Brookie Cookie kit, but I decided to do a contest page using this picture again, because of the pink and brown in her dress.

Arielle and Joel

I made this for a competition. The kit I had to work with is called "Dipped in Love" by Jady Day Studio. I thought using pictures from Arielle and Joel's wedding would be perfct since their colors were pink and brown, two of the main colors in this kit.

More Christmas

I really really really love this kit. Holly Jolly Christmas by Jady Day Studio (Yajaira). This is the kids two Sundays before Christmas. One of these days I will scrapbook actual Christmas morning. One of these days.

Abigail at Christmastime

This is just one of many. I think this is from the Sunday before Christmas. I dressed Abigail up as a candy cane for church. I didn't take a picture of Bryant, since he wore the same outfit to church for about a month. That happens when you only have one church outfit for him. Well, we have two, but the other one involves a yellow sweater vest. Not very Christmas-y. By the way, this all came from one of Yajaira's awesome kits. I forgot what it's called, something like Jolly Christmas. I love this kit, it has the blue (which I decorate in for Christmas) and the traditional red and green. It ended up being perfect for this picture, since the tree was blue, green, and silver, then she was wearing the red and white. I LOVE IT!
